Eric combines a background in both design and management consultancy.

Following a first degree in Economics at the University of Warwick, Eric studied at the Architectural Association, and was in private architectural practice for a number of years before completing his MBA at London Business School

Consultant and Coach

Over the past 25+ years Eric has worked with hundreds of clients combining his creative management consultancy and coaching activities with his interest in the management of design, creative resources and innovation.

His clients have ranged from from architects to airlines, from other management consultancies   to commodity produce suppliers,  and from building developers to internet start-ups.

Academic

Prior to focusing on his consultancy activities Eric also taught and helped develop the then emerging discipline of managing design (as well as the management professional service organisations) at institutions including Kingston Business School, and The Bartlett, University College London. He also worked closely with the Centre for Design Management at London Business School.

Creative

To maintain his creative edge Eric continues to complement his management consultancy activities with his architectural design and photographic pursuits
